Please read through the following RHRA_Team_Formation-Level_of_Play_Policyregarding team formation.  Players wishing to submit an exception to the process must complete an online form which will be reviewed by the Team Formation Committee and a decision will be communicated back to the player and/or their family.  Download the following Team_Formation-Level_of_Play_FAQ_April_2013 that answers some common questions.
