Let’s play Ringette. Our House League offers girls an opportunity to play Ringette in a local recreational program.  

Volunteer coaches will teach the girls basic skating and Ringette skills for 30 minutes and the girls will participate in interleague games for 60 minutes of ice time (90 minute sessions).  Formal games with neighbouring associations may be booked depending on logistics.

Regulation Ringette equipment is mandatory to participate in this program (see below).
20 session program runs between October 15, 2017 through to March, 25 2018.
1st session - Sun Oct 15, 2017
1st session 2nd half - Sun Jan 7, 2018
Last session - Sun Mar 25, 2018

Equipment: CSA approved hockey helmet & Ringette facemask, hockey skates, BNQ approved neck protector, elbow pads, shin pads, shoulder pads, hockey gloves, hip/tailbone/genital protection, Ringette pants or hockey pants and socks, Ringette stick.  The Richmond Hill Ringette Association will provide jerseys.

Those families graduating from the Equipment Lending Program are encouraged to take advantage of our new co-branding relationship with Canadian Tire Richmond Hill North.  Contact the RHRA Administrator for a discount coupon that can be used at the Canadian Tire Richmond Hill North store.


Who
: Girls 10 years of age and under (born in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010).

  • October-December: Sundays, 1:15pm - 2:45pm at Tom Graham Arena:
  • No sessions Dec 24, Dec 31, Feb 4, Mar 11 
  • January - March, Sundays at Tom Graham Arena:
