The following two videos support Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) principles.  The speakers are Don Lucia and Stan Van Gundy.  Although John speaks to hockey and and Stan to basketball, the principles apply to all sports.  These should be considered "must view's" for all coaches and parents.
