2013-14 Ringette Power Skating & Goalie Training Sessions

The RHRA is pleased to once again offer power skating sessions. There will be 16 one-hour sessions offered to RHRA players at a cost of $175.  Also included on the Thursday sessions will be a goalie clinic run by Richmond Hill NRL goaltender Ashley Steele.  The goalie sessions are free to RHRA goal tenders.  Read on for details and to register

16 Sessions will be held at Bond Lake Arena in Oak Ridges.  

Power Skating

Two weekly one-hour power skating sessions will be held for the following age groups:

  1. U10 & U12 Power Skating: Thursdays, 4:10-5:00 pm, Bond Lake - Sept 19 to Jan 16th - $175 per player
  2. U14 & U16 Power Skating: Wednesdays, 4:10-5:00 pm, Bond Lake - Sept 18 to Jan 15th - $175 per player

Players are required to register for power skating sessions as space is limited to 22 participants.  Register early via our online registration form to avoid disappointment.

Goalie Clinic (U9-U14)

Free one-hour goalie clinics will be held Thursdays, 4:10-5:00 pm, at Bond Lake Arena between Sept 19 to Jan 16th for the following age groups (8 sessions for each age group):


  1. U12 Provincial / U14 Goalies: Sept 19,  Oct 3,17,31, Nov 14,28,  Dec 12, Jan 9
  2. U9 / U10/ U12B Goalies: Sept 26, Oct 10,24, Nov 7,21, Dec 5,19, Jan 16

Goal tenders do not need to pre-register, but can show up on the designated days for their age and level

Please note that these sessions are open to RHRA registered players only
