Register for the 2020 RHRA Ringette Tournament

The Richmond Hill Ringette Association (RHRA) is pleased to invite you to its 33rd Annual Invitational Tournament. We are offering age divisions for U9 through to Open and levels ranging from Regional to all Provincial levels (U12P, 'A', and 'AA') along with a feature NRL game.  Read more for details and to register your team.



Welcome to the 33rd Annual
RHRA Invitational Ringette Tournament
January 31-February 2, 2020

LEVELS OF PLAY OFFERED:

  • Provincial 'AA'
    • U16AA, U19AA, 18+AA:  4 game guarantee, 20 minute periods - $940
  • Provincial 'AA':
    • U14AA - 4 game guarantee, 15 minute periods -$825
  • Provincial 'A':
    • U14A, U16A, 18+A - 4 game guarantee, 15 minute periods -$825
  • Provincial U12: 4 game guarantee, 15 minute periods - $825
  • RegionalU9, U10, U12, U14B, U16B, U19B - 3 game guarantee, 15 minute periods - $625

Note: All teams should be prepared to play as early as 10 am Friday morning. Where possible, scheduling consideration will be given to out of town teams. Almost all teams will play on Friday.  Some local teams may be scheduled to play their opening game on the evening of Thursday January 31st. Any special requests will be looked at on a best efforts basis.

Tournament registration fees should be eTransferred to [email protected].  If you wish to pay by cheque then please make it payable to "RHRA" (post dated no later than two weeks of your registration date) and mailed to:

Important Registration Notes:

  • Confirmation of participation is upon registration & payment
  • Tournament Registration closes on December 15th
  • Refunds will not be issued for any team withdrawing after December 1st
  • ORA G&T will fine any team that withdraws after the tournament schedule is released.  The fine will be 2x (two times) the registration fee
 

LODGING INFORMATION

We ask all teams requiring hotels to support our tournament hotel partners. We have negotiated favorable rates and these hotels know how to cater to our ringette tournament teams.  There are hotels for every budget and most include: free WiFi, parking, breakfast and complimentary meeting rooms. For more detailed information on the offering and how to book please visit our Tournament Hotel Webpage.
