Seeking: COVID Safety Leader (CSL)
Submitted By Miriam Weaver on Tuesday, July 14, 2020
In anticipation of preparing for the re-launch of ringette this Fall, each Association must have a COVID Safety Leader (CSL).

The CSL, while not an Association board position, will be the key point of contact for our association between our facilities, our Region, and Ringette Ontario.

Internally, they will communicate with our trainers, coaches and teams, ensuring that everyone is aware of expectations both within our local facilities and Ringette Ontario.

In choosing a candidate for this position, the following skills are required:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Be comfortable with technology: RO will be utilizing a project management and communication tool called Basecamp to keep track of Return to Activity and Return to Play guidelines and restrictions across the country. Each CSL will be required to be on this platform in order to communicate with RO, the Region and other Associations.
  • Can commit to providing an update on a weekly/biweekly basis on the status of your Association/Municipality on Basecamp and communicating the information from RO to Associations frequently.
  • Be prepared to be in this role and be an active participant in the RO Basecamp for the 2020-21 season.
Interested candidates for this position should email [email protected] by the deadline of Friday July 24th.
