  5. Please indicate if your team needs hotel accommodation. Note that out of town teams requiring lodging will be required to use one our our sponsoring hotels. This is a condition of registration acceptance.
  6. Please indicate how you will pay. Note: you will be given the option to pay via PayPal regardless of your selection here. Registrations are not considered complete until payment is deposited.
