The Lightning NRL team are pleased to welcome Dr. Kaitlyn Richardson to the staff of the Richmond Hill Lightening team. 

Her primary role will be Sport Medical Support.  Dr. Kaitlyn Richardson, ND is a naturopathic doctor in Guelph and Milton Ontario. Dr. Kaitlyn has a clinical focus in the optimization of athletic performance and recovery as well as in concussion management. Dr. Kaitlyn has played ringette herself for over 20 years and has been involved with coaching for the past 10 years as well. Her true passion is working with ringette players to help them excel in their sport, but also to live healthy and injury free lives. As an avid athlete herself, she combines her passion for natural healing with her years of athletic experience in all her treatment plans.  When not at the clinic, Dr. Kaitlyn can be found at a sports complex where she enjoys playing, coaching and educating athletes in a variety of sports, most notably ringette of course. Dr. Kaitlyn Richardson ND, CISSN
