RHRA COVID Vaccination Update

Sep. 03, 2021

As you are likely aware, the province recently announced that as of September 22, 2021, Ontarians will need to be fully vaccinated (two doses plus 14 days) and provide their proof of vaccination along with photo ID to access certain public settings and facilities.

As we wait for the full details on this new legislation, RHRA believes that it is important for all athletes, coaches, officials and others intending to participate in ringette activities to anticipate that proof of vaccination will be a requirement for participation for all who are eligible to be vaccinated.  This will also be applicable to spectators as anyone entering a facility will be required to provide proof of vaccination.

RHRA will communicate more details as soon as they are available.
