Volunteers Needed
ATTENTION: VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
The RHRA Board of Directors is looking for your support. We have identified a number of different portfolios required to run the association, each looking for 2-5 additional volunteers. If you are interested in helping out in general or if you have a passion for any of the following portfolios, please contact the lead for further details.
TOURNAMENT - our annual tournament held Jan 29th-Feb 1st is looking for help training minor officials, leading social media posts throughout the event, leading the effort to recruit convenors, coordinating vendors or leading a sponsorship effort.
TEAM WEAR - looking for help in investigating more cost effective alternatives, collecting input from players and coordination of jerseys.
EQUIPMENT - looking for help managing loose/fixed equipment, coordinating the equipment lending program, and organization of an association wide equipment swap.
COACHES - looking for help in coach development (mentors, external training, setting up a coaching network, etc), and definition of type and use of feedback.
GOALIES - looking for help in goalie recruitment, development and retention at every age level.
PLAYERS - looking for help in player recruitment, development and retention at every age level.
TEAMS - looking for help in ensuring our AA programs remain successful in the future. Will work closely with the player development volunteers.
BANQUET - looking for help with the end of season banquet.
MISCELLANEOUS - looking for a coordinator for our assigned hub weekends, referee recruitment and development, fundraising or any other ideas that members might have to help out in our association.
