2026-2027 RINGETTE ONTARIO PLAYER INTENT TO TRYOUT

For the 2026-2027 season, all athletes wishing to tryout for U14 - U19 AA and A are required to complete the online player intent-to-tryout/play form by the deadline listed
below. Please complete one (1) form for each athlete in your family.

PLAYER INTENT TO TRYOUT FORM

Deadline for submission is March 16, 2026

*Athletes wanting to tryout for AA/A teams will not be allowed to participate in any tryout session without having completed the online form.

*Any changes to intent forms will only be accepted via email from your Home Club President (president@rhringette.com) to Savannah Baker (savannah@ringetteontario.com).

*Please note that the data collected on these forms will not be made public and will only be available to Ringette Ontario Staff and Association Presidents. This data will only be viewed/used for the purpose of making informed decisions regarding team allocation/hosts and interest levels for each level/division of play with the intention of creating meaningful competition for the athletes in these associations for the 2026-2027 season. This is only to gauge interest and does not commit the player to trying out at any association.

PURPOSE OF THESE FORMS:

  • The intent-to-tryout form is designed to assist the associations in Ontario, and Ringette Ontario, in determining team hosts/allocation for A/AA teams for the 2026-2027 season. Please note that at this time, no decisions have been made regarding host associations for any divisions/levels.
  • The intent form is also intended to determine interest in the U12 program for the 2026-2027 season. Please note that the U12 process will remain similar to previous years and there will not be tryouts or team formation in the spring for this division.
  • The intent form is also intended to determine interest in the U14-U19 B/C programs for the 2026-2027 season. Having an idea of how many athletes are interested in these divisions will allow the associations and Ringette Ontario to start planning and allocating resources earlier to create a much smoother team formation process in the fall for these players/teams.

*Please note that no decisions regarding host associations/team allocation will be made/finalized until the deadline to submit intent forms passes
