RICHMOND HILL RINGETTE ASSOCIATION
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM), INCLUDING BOARD OF DIRECTOR ROLES
Sunday June 7, 2026 at 7:00pm ET
The session will be held virtually, registration is required
ELECTIONS OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with
RHRA bylaws there are 4 director positions up for election this year. In addition the role of President is up for election:
Vice President - Open (2 year term)
Annette Mews will be running for re-election.
Treasurer - Open (2 year term)
Luisa Gale will be running for re-election.
Directors at Large (2 of 3 positions open, 1 or 2 year terms available)
Director at Large role involves attending board discussions and voting on key decisions, while adding flexibility in applicable responsibilities.
President - Open (1 year term)
Jennifer Price will not continue in the role through the remainder of the term which ends following the 2026/2027 season. She will be available for the transition.
Nominations for director positions may be submitted by email to president@rhringette.com and admin@rhringette.com. Submissions should include the written consent of the nominee by electronic signature and must be submitted June 1, 2026.
DIRECTOR ROLES NOT UP FOR ELECTION
Secretary - Andrea Chisholm will continue in the role through the remainder of the term which ends following the 2026/2027 season.
Director at Large - Scott Dyer will continue in the role of Tournament Chair through the remainder of the term which ends following the 2026/2027 season.
OPEN COORDINATOR ROLES
RHRA is in need of volunteers for the following coordinator roles: Social Media / Jersey Coordinator
